Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Policy explains how purchases, cancellations and refunds work on the Accountrix AI Platform. It forms
part of the Terms of Use and must be read with our pricing displayed on the Platform.
1. What you are buying
Accountrix is sold primarily as per-statement credits and module access, and (where offered) a
free trial. The specific entitlement, price and validity are shown to you before you pay.
2. Free trial
The free trial (where available) provides limited, preview-only access so you can evaluate the Platform. The
trial does not require payment and may be withdrawn or changed at any time. One trial is permitted per
account/eligible identity.
3. Billing
3.1 Fees are charged in advance through our payment gateway (Razorpay). Applicable taxes (including GST) are
added as shown at checkout. A GST invoice is issued for each successful purchase.
3.2 Credits and module access are activated on successful payment confirmation. If a payment is captured but
your entitlement is not activated due to a verified failure on our side, we will either activate the
entitlement or refund the affected amount.
4. Cancellation
4.1 You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.
4.2 Because credits/modules are digital entitlements made available immediately, purchases are generally
non-refundable once the entitlement has been activated or consumed, except as set out in Section 5 or as
required by law.
5. Refunds
We will provide a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate or erroneous charge: if you are charged more than once for the same purchase, or charged in
error, we refund the excess.
- Payment captured but service not delivered: if your payment is captured but the corresponding
entitlement is not delivered due to a verified fault on our side and we cannot deliver it.
- Where required by applicable law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Refunds are made to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Processing time depends on the
gateway and your bank (typically 5–10 business days after approval). Refunds exclude amounts already
consumed and any applicable non-refundable taxes/fees unless the law requires otherwise.
6. How to request a refund
Email founders@accountrixai.com from your registered email with your account details, the transaction/
order ID and the reason. We will acknowledge promptly and decide within the timelines in our Grievance
Redressal Policy.
7. Chargebacks
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first so we can resolve it. Initiating a chargeback without
contacting us may result in suspension of your account pending resolution.
8. Changes
We may update this Policy prospectively. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that
purchase.
